Winnipeg Blues Head Coach/Gm Don Macgillivray announced that the club has acquired 1992 defenceman Jared Williamson from the Melfort Mustangs (SJHL) for future considerations.
The Selkirk product began the year suiting up for a pair of games with the Melville Millionaires, before dressing for 24 games with the Mustangs. Williamson tallied four assists and twenty penalty minutes so far this season.
The Blues would like to welcome Jared to the organization.
