Winnipeg Blues Head Coach and GM Don MacGillivray announced today that the team has acquired 1991 forward Justin Remillard, as well 1990 defenseman Justin Minoletti from the La Ronge Ice Wolves.
In exchange, the Ice Wolves receive the CHA rights to 1991 Drew McDermott.
Remillard has played in 10 games this season for the Ice Wolves, notching 3 goals, 1 assist, and 14 penalty minutes.
Minoletti is a veteran defenseman who had spent time in the MJHL with the Portage Terriers before being acquired by La Ronge.
