Blues Ship Three Players On Deadline Day

The Winnipeg Blues were busy on junior hockey trade deadline day.

Blues Head Coach and GM Don Macgillivray announced that the club has traded  1990 Defenseman Justin Minoletti to the Winkler Flyers.  In return, Winnipeg received the list rights to 1993 forward Warren Callis who's currently suiting up for the Winnipeg Wild.  Callis has 26 points in 32 games so far this season.

As well, Winnipeg has shipped 1990 forward Adam Stoykewych to the Selkirk Steelers for future considerations.   And it won't take long for Stoykewych to face his former team, as Selkirk and Winnipeg go head to head tomorrow night in Selkirk.

And Jason Gardiner is also on the move as the 1991 forward heads to the Winnipeg Saints for future considerations.

The Blues would like to thank Justin, Adam, and Jason for all their contributions to the organization, and would like to welcome Warren to the Blues.
